When a permission request (a question asking whether Claude may take an action) is denied for certain reasons, Claude Code now reports it as unanswered because the host closed. Before, such denials were reported as declined or as having no one to ask.
Why
A request that went unanswered because the other side closed is now told apart from one that was turned down.
