MCP servers are outside programs that give Claude extra tools, and some need you to sign in before they work. Before, Claude was told to tell you that these servers needed to be authorized. It is now told to mention them only if your request depends on one of them or you ask about them. Otherwise it carries on with your request and does not mention them.
Why
You are not reminded about signing in to servers that have nothing to do with what you asked.
