Unclear Whether this makes Claude Code resume more or fewer interrupted turns in practice is not settled.

What

When a turn (one round of Claude working on your request) is interrupted, Claude Code looks at how the conversation ended to decide whether and how to pick it back up. It now checks for one more case: Claude's last reply finished normally but was not visible. That case now feeds into the decision.

Claude Code also records more detail about these resumes, such as what kind of ending it found, whether an error from the service was skipped over, and whether an unseen reply was dropped. When it is waiting on a permission prompt, it now notes when that prompt ends.

Why

This can change which interrupted turns get resumed, and gives better records of why a resume happened the way it did.
