What
At startup Claude Code loads its policy limits (the usage limits set for your account or organisation). If that load fails or is replaced by a newer one, Claude Code now also clears the recorded outcome reason, HTTP status and server error type. Before, it cleared only the recorded credential state.
Why
Results from an abandoned load are no longer left behind to mix with the next one.
