Unclear It is not clear whether away and back signals are now handled somewhere else or dropped entirely.

What

In a remote session, Claude Code used to pass on signals saying a viewer had stepped away or come back. It no longer does. Any short-lived event of a type other than the one it expects is now recorded as unexpected.

Why

Remote sessions no longer act on whether a viewer is present.
