The fleet view is the screen that lists your running sessions. Previously, if loading that list failed, the list came back empty. Now, when sessions were already shown, Claude Code keeps showing them through a limited number of failures in a row. The first failure writes a warning to the log.
The list should stop flashing empty when a temporary error interrupts loading it.
