What

When a cloud session is created, some permission allow rules (rules that let Claude do things without asking) stay on your machine. A debug message, one shown only when debugging output is turned on, reports how many. It now says they were not in the settings prepared when the cloud session was created, instead of the settings the session started with. The number it reports now comes from a different count.

Why

This is a wording change in debug output, though the number shown may differ from before.
