What
When the model gives a tool an input called file_path where the tool expects path, Claude Code now treats it as path instead of failing. It adds a note to the result telling the model that file_path was read as path. If file_path repeats a path that was also given, it is ignored and the note says so.
Why
The model sometimes uses the wrong input name, and this lets the call go through anyway.
