The part of Claude Code that handles plugin ratings now only works when a remotely controlled setting is switched on. Without a value from the server, that setting is off. It also requires all of these:
you use Anthropic directly as your model provider
the plugin comes from a marketplace that is not on your own machine
your organization's sign-in check passes
Why
Until the server turns it on, nothing about plugin ratings appears.
