What
When Claude Code closes its remote connections, it now switches off a mechanism that rides out refusals from the proxy it sends model requests through. Failures in plugin hooks (scripts a plugin runs at set points) also now send one more notification.
Why
This is cleanup when a remote session shuts down, so the refusal handling does not stay active afterwards.
