Unclear Which vim text-object command is affected is not stated.

What

Vim mode lets you edit your prompt with Vim keyboard commands. Text objects are commands that select a piece of text, such as a word. When such a selection ends at a line break and the character is a space, Claude Code now extends the start back over lines that hold only spaces or tabs before that point, and trims the end.

Why

The text selected by some text-object commands in vim mode can differ from before.
