What
When Claude Code loads the plugin directory, the list of plugins you can install, it fetches it page by page. Two things change:
- It now gives up if no page has answered within a first-answer time limit. Before, there was only an overall time limit.
- A saved copy of the list that names the same listing more than once is treated as out of date and fetched again. Claude Code 2.1.287 wrote saved lists like this. Repeated names are repaired.
Why
Plugin listings broken by the bad saved copies from 2.1.287 are fixed, and a slow directory no longer leaves you waiting as long.
