Unclear Which mode makes Claude Code skip the saved plugin catalog is not known.

What
  • Plugin catalog: Claude Code keeps a saved copy of the list of available plugins. In one particular mode it now skips reading that saved copy.
  • MCP warning: MCP servers are add-ons that give Claude Code extra tools. When an agent definition file asks for an MCP connection type that Claude Code skips, the warning now names the reason. Before, it always said the connection type was "host-only".

These slightly change how plugins and agents' MCP servers are loaded, and the warning now tells you why a connection was skipped.
