Unclear When the SDK option and the subagent budget note take effect is not settled.

What
  • Saved prompt message: when a prompt cannot be delivered, the message now reads "Your prompt was saved and will be sent to it when you next restart it." Before, it said the prompt would be sent "when it restarts".
  • SDK option: the SDK, the kit for building programs on top of Claude Code, now passes along forwardNestedSubagentToolCalls.
  • Remote sessions: the part that manages remote sessions can now report the connection status of the worker running the session.
  • Subagent prompts: the instructions given to a subagent, a helper agent Claude Code starts for a sub-task, can now include a note about its budget.
  • Documentation link: a link to the managed agents events page now points to the managed agents environments page.
Why

The visible change is the clearer wording, which makes it plain that you need to restart for the prompt to be sent. The rest is groundwork for remote sessions and the SDK.
