What
Claude Code gained some new internal codes:
- one for hiding account memory over the remote control bridge
- one for tool host permissions in
claude mcp serve
- two for errors when creating a session: a bad response, and an ID that cannot be used
A new limit on the number of media items is also passed along in one place.
