What

Claude Code sometimes shows a short feedback prompt with two choices, "That was helpful" and "Didn’t understand". That prompt is now given a dismiss action, so it can be closed through that action without picking either choice. Before, it was not given one.

Why

In practice this most likely means the prompt can be closed without answering it.
