What
When Claude Code loads plugins, it now notes which settings it read them under. If settings that affect plugins change while the load is still going, it skips the load's side effects and answers based on the settings now in force. Before, it only checked whether the starting folder had changed.
Why
Changing settings quickly, such as turning a plugin on or off, no longer leaves Claude Code working from an out-of-date plugin state.
