Two separate changes:
Plugins (add-ons that extend Claude Code) can now ask Claude Code to fetch a web address through a capability called http.fetch.
Claude Code will not restart itself automatically. Unless the restart was typed in, it stops with the message "Can't restart automatically. Type /restart at the prompt."
Why
The first gives plugins more they can do. The second means a restart only happens when you ask for it yourself with /restart.
