Claude Code has a new remotely controlled switch, tengu_sorrel_trellis_gusset. It is off unless it is switched on remotely. Next to it is a check that is true only when the permission mode is "arbiter" and a second condition is met. A permission mode controls how much Claude may do without asking you.
Nothing in this release shows what the switch or the "arbiter" mode does.
