What
A plugin marketplace is a collection of plugins that Claude Code can fetch from GitHub. GitHub can be reached over two transports: SSH, which uses SSH keys, and HTTPS, the ordinary web connection. When fetching a marketplace fails over both, Claude Code now gives a single combined error that starts with "Fetching the marketplace from GitHub failed on both attempts."
