What

Claude Code can talk to language servers. A language server is a program that understands a particular programming language and answers questions such as where something is defined. Some language servers ask, while running, to switch extra features on or off. Claude Code now answers these requests (client/registerCapability and client/unregisterCapability) with an empty reply and writes a log line saying it ignored them.

Why

Language servers that make these requests no longer run into errors because Claude Code did not answer them.
