What
Claude Code keeps a list of declined replies that have not been answered yet. It can now be told to hold some of them back, and it reports that something is waiting only when at least one entry is not held. Previously any entry at all counted.
Why
This is an internal fix to when queued replies are sent. By default nothing is held, so behaviour stays the same unless some part of Claude Code asks to hold entries.
