When your organization's policy hides every plugin in a marketplace, the Install plugins view now says: "Your organization's policy hides every plugin in this marketplace." A marketplace is a catalog Claude Code installs plugins from.
Before, it always said "No new plugins available to install."

If your organization manages your settings, you can tell an empty marketplace apart from one your organization has blocked.
