What
When Claude Code shows a diff, a view of the lines added and removed in a file, screen-reader mode now handles it differently. It changes the text of the change before showing it, skips the formatted side-by-side style, and uses a width one column narrower. Before, the formatted diff or the plain change was shown at full width.
Why
This is an accessibility adjustment for screen-reader users.
