What
The managedInstructionsOnly option keeps only instruction files whose type is "Managed", meaning set centrally by an administrator. That filter now also applies when a file you have open in your IDE (your code editor) brings in nearby CLAUDE.md instruction files. Before, those IDE-opened files skipped the filter while other attachments used it.
Why
In setups that should use managed instructions only, files opened in an editor no longer slip other CLAUDE.md files past the filter.
