What

The instructions Claude Code gives the model when it acts as a coordinator have changed. A coordinator is the model directing other work. Under one condition the instructions now include the line "Every message you send is to the user." and ask the model to briefly tell the user what it launched. Otherwise, other wording is used in those two places.

Why

In practice, the coordinator may be told more directly that it is speaking to you, and to give you a short note about what it started.
