SendMessage can refuse a send to a bridge address before trying it

Before sending to a bridge address, SendMessage now runs a check and reports failure straight away if that check objects

What

Before SendMessage sends a message to a bridge address, meaning another session reached through a remote connection, it now runs a check first. If the check returns a message, the send is refused and reported as unsuccessful.

Why

A send that would not be allowed can now be stopped earlier, before any attempt is made.
