What
Claude Code syncs plugins from your account by fetching a list of them. If that list comes back but is marked as degraded (incomplete or unreliable), the sync now logs a warning and treats the account list as still pending. It no longer counts that round as a clean, complete sync.
Why
An incomplete list will no longer cause plugins to be removed or the sync to be marked as done.
