What
Claude Code hides secrets such as passwords and cloud keys by matching text against patterns. Two of those patterns were extended with extra parts. One looks for sensitive values being assigned, and one looks for cloud environment variables.
Separately, when Claude Code reads its auto-managed memory files, it no longer logs this as a memory "read" operation. It now records those file paths in a different list.
Why
What gets hidden, and how memory reads are tracked, may both have changed.
