What
Claude Code has a tool that lets Claude send a message to another session. When the target is a cloud session or a Remote Control session, Claude Code now runs a separate check for each kind of session. The check runs twice: once before the permission prompt (the question asking you to allow the action) and once after it. If the check fails either time, the send stops and Claude gets the failure message.
Why
Because the check runs again after you approve, a send that became impossible while the prompt was waiting is stopped instead of going ahead.
