What

When Claude Code keeps its internal count of memory writes, it no longer stores a list of each individual write for memory that is not team memory. It only adds to the total count. Separately, a new task-related item, task_message_user, was added to a list Claude Code keeps.

Why

This is a change to what Claude Code records about its own activity, not to how memory itself works.
