What

In a remote session, Claude Code runs on another machine and sends back acknowledgements (acks) confirming what it received. Several pieces of this plumbing changed.

  • droppedDeliveryAckBatches is a new counter that goes up when a batch of acks is dropped because the server rejects it with a 4xx error.
  • flushDeliveryAcksConfirmed sends any waiting acks and reports whether a batch was dropped along the way.
  • Disconnecting an MCP server (an add-on program that gives Claude Code extra tools) now goes through a shared helper that is told whether the settled connection matches the configured one. Before, this check was done inline.
  • When a streamed connection is refused because the request came from a different site, an onRefused handler now runs.
  • New records note when a turn is cut off, including when the host cuts it.
  • A new share action was added to the list of recognised actions, and a /devices/mcp path was added.

Why

These changes are not visible in normal use. They let Claude Code tell when confirmations from a remote session were lost instead of assuming they arrived, and they tidy how MCP connections are closed and reconnected.
