What
When Claude Code cleans up the source entry of a plugin marketplace hosted on github or in git, it now removes skipLfs as well as sparsePaths. Before, only sparsePaths was removed.
Separately, the step that finds a plugin's MCP servers (outside programs that give Claude extra tools) now takes an extra option named admits and passes it on when loading those servers.
Why
This points to a skipLfs option for git-based marketplaces, and to a way of filtering which plugin MCP servers are let in.
The entry above is what we published on the day. These lines were added later, as Anthropic's own pages caught up, and they sit beside the original rather than replacing it.
Confirmed sinceAnthropic's documentation has since written up sparsePaths, on Use Claude Code in the cloud.* **A linked worktree with a sparse checkout**: `git sparse-checkout` writes settings to the worktree's own `config.worktree` file, which the upload doesn't accept, so a worktree that has those settings isn't uploaded, and neither is one C…claude-code-on-the-websee the edit
