What
Attachments are files or images added to a message. When Claude Code prepares them, it now does two new things:
- it counts how many attachments were delivered
- before handling an attachment, it clears any earlier record that the attachment was refused
Why
In practice, an attachment that was turned away earlier is no longer treated as refused when it is prepared again.
