A small check that used to read the cloud worker generation number now reads CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_OFFICIAL_MARKETPLACE_AUTOINSTALL instead

A small internal check that used to read CLAUDE_CODE_WORKER_EPOCH now reads CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_OFFICIAL_MARKETPLACE_AUTOINSTALL, the environment variable (a setting you give a program through your shell) that stops Claude Code from automatically registering the official plugin marketplace.

Why

This gives the opt-out another place where it is honoured, so setting it can keep the official marketplace from being added automatically.
