When you attach an artifact that is already attached but was dismissed (hidden from the list), Claude Code now un-dismisses it and reports that it is listed again. Before, it only reported that the artifact was already attached and left it dismissed.
Why
Attaching a dismissed artifact a second time now brings it back into view instead of doing nothing.
