Memory recall adds account memories and labels local ones

What

Memory recall is Claude Code bringing saved notes into a conversation when they seem relevant. It now handles a second source, account memories, next to the memory files on your machine:

• A new account_memory_recall attachment type. It is shown to the model, counted in memory-size accounting next to relevant_memories, and draws nothing in the message view.
• The recall selector gets the names of recalled account memories and the turn count. It now keeps only text entries that pass a validity check.
• The old listing of memory files, which ended with "... more memories not listed", is replaced.
• The screen can show "Recalled N local memories" and " · local" when a local-recall flag is set.
• When an earlier memory snapshot is withdrawn from shared cowork memory, the model is now told: "The memory snapshot shown earlier has been removed from this conversation; do not rely on anything it said." This replaces "The previous memory snapshot was withdrawn; disregard it." This reminder also takes a new toolsOnly option.
• New reason texts: "after auto-memory was turned off for this session" and "after auto-memory was turned back on for this session".

Why

What Claude sees from memory may now include account memories as well as local files, and the "local" label shows which kind you are looking at.
