The debug message logged when an MCP tool is kept from Claude has been reworded. It no longer says the tool was hidden because keepMcpToolsFromModel listed it. It now says the session keeps either this tool, or every tool from its MCP server, away from Claude.

Why

The wording suggests a session can now hide all of an MCP server's tools at once, not just tools named one by one.
