What
Claude Code runs an access check called the Mantle probe. When it reports the outcome in its usage data, it used to mark access as available only when the result was "accessible". It now does the same when the result is "outdated".
Why
An "outdated" result is now counted as access being available in what gets reported. It may also affect what Claude Code does next.
