Claude Code saves the result of one access check so it does not have to repeat it. That saved result now holds a status rather than a simple yes. When a saved result is reused, the log says accessible (remembered) instead of accessible (cached). This check relates to CLAUDE_CODE_SKIP_MANTLE_AUTH.

Why

The saved result can now record more than a plain success.
