You can start a cloud session, which runs on Anthropic's servers, from an uploaded copy of the folder you are working in. When that is refused, the message used to say it was unavailable for HIPAA-regulated organizations. HIPAA is a US law about health data. The message now says: "Cloud sessions started from an uploaded copy of this working tree are disabled by your organization's policy. Start the session from a GitHub repository source instead."
