Claude Code now defines a set of command-line flags (options you add after claude when you start it) that it treats as a group. The set replaces an older piece of code at the same place.
These flags start Claude Code without the usual interactive screen or make it print something and exit, so the set likely decides how Claude Code handles startup when one of them is given.
