What
A hook is a command you set up to run automatically at certain points. Prompts that come from hooks are now handled the same way as other background prompts, such as prompt suggestions and away or agent summaries.
Separately, the message "Could not start the session for this plan" is now added to the conversation as a message instead of being set as a status.
Why
Prompts from hooks now follow the same rules as Claude Code's other background prompts.
