What
Claude Code can add a Claude-Session line to commit messages and a session link to pull requests. Before, this only happened in remote mode, using CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE_SESSION_ID. It now also happens whenever Claude Code finds a session id from another lookup, and that id is used ahead of CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE_SESSION_ID.
