What
Claude Code can ask for approval to run a tool from somewhere else, for example another device. It shows a message when such a request gets no answer, when the request ends, or when it is withdrawn. Those messages now fill in the values that belong to them: the timeout, the tool name and the reason.
Why
If the old messages were filled in wrongly, a timed-out or withdrawn approval could have shown the wrong number or reason.
