What
A plugin marketplace can point at a GitHub repository. Claude Code now treats two such sources as the same when their repository names differ only in upper and lower case, so Owner/Repo and owner/repo match. The branch or tag and the path inside the repository must still match exactly.
Why
The same repository written with different capitals should no longer show up as two different marketplaces or trigger a false warning that the source has changed.
