What
Claude Code shows fewer prompt suggestions (the grayed-out predictions in your prompt input) after you leave 20 in a row unused. It now records usage data when the "Showing fewer prompt suggestions" notice is shown and when this ends, noting whether the notice was shown and whether it ended through a settings change.
The rules are the same: 20 unused in a row, and only once your install is at least 14 days old. Setting CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_PROMPT_SUGGESTION to true still turns this off.
