What
Claude Code now records a timing measurement, spare_claim_module_wait_ms, for how long startup waits for parts of its code to load before it takes over a spare process that was started ahead of time. Nothing you see changes.
Why
This is usage data only, most likely used to tune how those pre-started processes work.
