What
A marketplace is a catalogue of plugins you add with /plugin marketplace add. When adding one fails at the step that saves its files, the error now also carries the marketplace's stored name and the folder it was saved in, in a form other parts of Claude Code can read. The message you see is unchanged: it still tells you to run /plugin marketplace remove or delete the folder.
