When Claude Code runs without its interactive screen, for example with -p or from a script, it now records two more timings: how long its early startup takes before loading the conversation, and how long the sandbox (the protected area commands run in) takes to set up. Nothing you see changes.

This is usage data only. It shows startup speed in this mode is being measured.
